2. Blobs expire from all Ethereum nodes after ~18 days
3. Archon watches the beacon chain and archives blobs to Filecoin/IPFS before expiry
4. An on-chain registry on Base records each archival as permanent proof
5. Anyone can retrieve expired blob data forever via the Archon API
